Creating Work Orders Made Easy in New AutoFluent.NET!

Making a new Work Order in our all new web-based AutoFluent.NET system, and keeping them organized, is easier than ever before!

The first areas you will notice when you start a new Work Order are the sections to add a new customer and their vehicle. Simply press the + button in the Customer area to add all your new customer's information. For return customers you can quickly search and add them to the Work Order in the Choose Customer field.

Adding a new vehicle is just as simple as with customers. Clicking the + button next to the vehicle field gives you several options for adding the customer's vehicle to the Work Order. You can use either the VIN, License Plate or select the Year, Make and Model. License Plate lookup can even be done with your phone’s camera! You are also able to add a photo of the vehicle for easier identification on the Work Order screen.

Our redesigned AutoFluent.NET system has added Jobs to the Work Orders. By giving you the ability to group parts and labor by Jobs on your work orders everything stays more organized. You can also save any Job as a Canned Job to add them to future work orders with a couple of clicks. Each Job can have a custom title, and any combination of parts, labor, shop supplies, fees or discounts. Our Nexpart Multi-Seller integration helps you source and order whatever you need from multiple suppliers at the same time. Part orders can be tracked with color-coded notifications to let you know if parts still need to be ordered, when they are expected to arrive or are late arriving. If you’re looking for labor hours, our optional Labor Guide integrations can provide you with the information you need. You can even analyze the profitability of each Job, right on the Work Order! And adding more Jobs just takes a click of a button.

Once the Work Order has been built you can send a copy to your customer through either email or use our new Two-Way Texting feature to get authorization and keep your customers up-to-date with their vehicle's progress.
