Easily Increase Your Brand Visibility

The sustainability of your business has a lot to do with your visibility, quality, and your contributions to your community. These factors play into your overall reputation. We know your time is valuable. The opportunity to heavily invest in marketing and advertising may not be available to you just yet. However, we highly suggest you take a look at the topics below to make sure you are covering your ground or make plans to do so in the future!

In AutoFluent®:

  • Do you have a logo and watermark setup on your invoices already?

    • Setup is easy in AutoFluent®! Just make sure your logo and watermark are in a .JPEG, .JPG, or .BMP format and AutoFluent® Support can assist you.

  • Does your company name on your invoices correctly reflect your shop name?

    • Surprisingly, this is commonly overlooked. Your shop name may be Mike’s Tires & Wheels, Inc., but your invoices may say “Mike’s Tires” or “Mike’s Tires and Wheels.” Consistency is key!! Especially when you have competitors with similar names in the area.

  • Do you utilize email marketing to follow up with your customers?

    • Our email marketing tool is helpful when you don’t have a separate CRM system. Email all or select a group of customers to send a promotional email to! You can even set up emails to be sent 3 or 6 months after your customer has been serviced. Take a look at our blog on Email Mailings in AutoFluent®.

  • Do you have an effective website?

    • List your website URL on your invoices! Reach out to AutoFluent® Support to see if you can add your website at the top of your invoices.

    • Don’t have a website? Take a look at the website hosting options that AutoFluent® offers! You can even set up your integrated website to take online payments via GravityPayments.

Other steps you can take outside of AutoFluent®:

  • Are you on social media?

    • Show off your star employees with a feature!

    • Show gratitude to your customers.

    • Get involved with the community and share the news.

    • Be transparent - provide daily updates and get excited about weekly specials.

  • How do your public online reviews look?

    • Reputation is everything. Search up your Google and Yelp reviews to make sure the online community reflects the quality of service that you provide. You can even give incentives to your customers to leave a review for you after they leave your shop.

  • Do you do print marketing?

    • You may not think it is, in this highly digital world, but print advertisement is still #1 for local businesses!
