Our Integrated Websites Let You Take Online Payments!

AutoFluent® is excited to announce a new requested feature for all the hosted websites we offer! In partnership with Gravity Payments, you can now accept credit card payments for workorders and invoices charged to a customer’s account directly from your website! Don’t know about our hosted websites? AutoFluent® offers customizable hosted websites for your shop. There are two different types of websites available: informational, and wholesale eCommerce.

Informational Website

Informational websites allow your customers to log into your website to see their invoice history, using the credentials you create for them. They can quickly and easily see the details of their invoices or see any unpaid balances on their account.

You can add many different pages to your websites to show additional information, such as the specials you are running or news about current events at your shop!

Wholesale eCommerce Website

The Wholesale eCommerce option gives the same options as the informational websites and more! With the logins you have given your customers, they will be able to see your listed inventory items you have for sale and place orders on your website. Orders placed online will create a workorder for that customer in your AutoFluent® system. You can optionally receive an email notification when the order is placed so you stay in the loop.

Your customers can quickly find exactly what they are looking for with the many different search options. They can search by things such as: item description, part number, tire size, wheel size, wheel offset, bolt circle, center bore, finish and manufacturer. Customers are also able to see additional information, including prices and pictures of your products, not to mention your quantities in stock in real time. Additional premium modules are available for your customers to see tire and wheel information by vehicle. The additional wheel information also includes factory and plus size offsets.
