New Saved Custom Lube Packages will save you even more time!

We understand the need for speed and efficiency when it comes to servicing your lube customers, and making them feel important. That’s why, with our latest release, the system will automatically remember the specifics of lube services done for their vehicle. That means the next time they bring that vehicle in, their Lube Package will already have their preferred viscosity, number of quarts, filters, and other add-ons! 

AutoFluent® will remember the oil filter used, as well as up to 7 various filters, parts, labor items or comments. Whenever you start a Lube Package for a repeat customer, you are given the opportunity to use the information saved with that vehicle. And, if there are special things in the package you’d rather not remember for next time, when you complete a Lube Package you can uncheck the box called Remember this for this vehicle, found at the bottom right corner of the Lube window.

This will all happen automatically on the latest version, 9.1.32. There is nothing you need to set up or configure. As soon as you save a lube package in a Work Order (unless you uncheck the box mentioned above), those specs and parts will be remembered for when the customer returns with that vehicle.
