Tips & Tricks: Top Changes in the New AutoFluent® Version 9.1.32

AutoFluent® is always changing and adapting to your needs so that you can stretch your time and money. Here’s a quick overview of the most significant changes that have happened in the newest AutoFluent® release version, 9.1.32!

  1. New Saved Lube Package Feature!
    There’s a brand new feature for Lube Packages in AutoFluent®! Now you can save a lube package and it’s details for each vehicle. Read about it on our new blog post here.

  2. Automatic Shop Supplies are no longer printed as a line item.
    This was a popular feature request from you all, and we’re happy to make this happen for you. From now on, if you have automatic Shop Supplies on workorders, the Shop Supplies will only print on the bottom of the workorder or invoice in the Subtotals area. 

  3. Open PartsTech without a VIN in AutoFluent.
    You were once required to have a valid VIN on the workorder before being able to open the PartsTech integration, but now you’re free of that obligation! You’ll still be able to choose your vehicle year, make, and model from within PartsTech to find your parts.

  4. Now you can make a new Core on a Blank Bill.
    Did you forget to create your Core inside the workorder last week? Now you can create a new core on a new, blank Vendor Bill. Previously, you could only click the New Core button if the Vendor Bill had an existing line item. The core will show up in the Claims/Cores window like normal where you’ll be able to track your Core Credits.
