Tech Tracking in AutoFluent.NET!

The performance of your technicians – how well and how quickly they do the work – is a crucial factor in determining whether or not customers return. It is essential to closely monitor the efficiency of each mechanic and keep track of the time they spend on jobs that customers were particularly pleased (or displeased) with. To assist you with this, Technician Tracking is now LIVE on AutoFluent.NET.

Technician tracking will allow you to keep a close eye on your efficiency and profitability right from the dashboard. When setting up your dashboard (or Home Screen), New Labor cards are now available that will allow you to view both assigned and unassigned labor jobs, as well as technician punches. The new Tech Metrics window provides a user-friendly summary of billed and punched labor hours that can be seen the second you log into your shop. This window utilizes pie charts and bar graphs to keep you on top of who your top producers are and who may need more attention. AutoFluent.NET reports can generate an efficiency percentage per job and per period for each tech based on these numbers. The punch in/out feature is a scalable and user-friendly way to track your techs' actual work hours, allowing you to evaluate their productivity and reward them accordingly. 

Perhaps most importantly, the new Tech Tracking system is more convenient and practical than ever, because your technicians can track their jobs and clock in or out on their phones or tablets.
