Registering for Twilio SMS can seem daunting, but with a little guidance, it can be a breeze. In this article, we will break down the process into two simple sections - Organization Information and Authorized Representative. With accurate and complete information, you can get registered quickly and efficiently.

Section 1: Organization Information

The first step in the SMS registration process is providing your organization's information. This information should match what is on your business license to ensure accuracy and avoid any discrepancies. Here's how to complete this section:

Gather Necessary Documentation: Before you begin, make sure you have your business license and any other relevant documents handy. Having these documents at your fingertips will help ensure that you input accurate information.

Provide Accurate Business Information: You will be prompted to fill out various fields with your organization's details. Be meticulous and ensure that the information matches your business license exactly. This includes your EIN or CBN, legal business name, business addresses, and more. Depending on your type of company a company website may be needed. If you do not have a company website a basic one is provided to you in order to satisfy requirements.

Review and Submit: Before submitting, carefully review all the information you've entered to avoid any errors. Once you're confident that everything is accurate, move on to the next section.

Section 2: Authorized Representative

The second step in the registration process is designating an Authorized Representative (AR). This person will be the point of contact for the registration process and will be contacted by The Campaign Registry (TCR) to verify the information submitted. Here's how to complete this section:

Choose a Point of Contact: Select an individual within your organization who will serve as the Authorized Representative. This person should have access to the necessary information and be responsive to TCR inquiries.

Confirmation with TCR: Once your SMS registration is submitted, be on the lookout for communication from The Campaign Registry (TCR). The Campaign Registry will reach out to the Authorized Representative to verify the information submitted during registration. It's essential to respond promptly to any requests from TCR to avoid delays in the registration process.

You have successfully completed the registration process and are now waiting to receive approval from The Campaign Registry (TCR). You can follow along with the process by viewing the SMS Company Profile Registration and seeing the status of each individual requirement.
