Manage Multiple Locations with AutoFluent®

If your business has multiple locations, take advantage of our Multistore capabilities! With AutoFluent®’s Multistore feature, you can keep all of your stores neatly organized in a single shared database. You can keep full access to stay updated on how your locations are doing. If you have or plan to have more than one location, read on!

The Multistore feature allows you to easily switch between locations using a drop-down in the main menu. Your locations will all share Inventory, Vendors, Customers, and Vehicles. Managing your shared Inventory is easy with separated quantities, costs and reorder levels at each location. Your list of Vendors is shared, but inventory purchases and transactions will be divided based on location. Customers and Vehicles are given a default location, but their transactions are still separated per location if they are serviced at multiple locations.

Multistore also comes with some useful Inventory and Employee management features. When searching for a part or tire, your stock quantities for all (or selected) locations are displayed, allowing you to see which stores are well-stocked, and which stores are running short of particular items. Easily manage your internal logistics with the Interstore Transfer feature, which allows you to request and transfer inventory between stores! You can specify which of many permissions each employee has at each location. Multistore databases enjoy both individual and consolidated reporting.
