Emails can be automated once they are set up, then one click sends all the email messages in the queue as frequently as you like. The emails can be personalized with the customer’s name, vehicle, and date of their visit. In addition to all this, you can create email marketing campaigns, targeting customers who purchased certain things at certain times, who are past due, and/or who have certain types of vehicles.
Setting up your email service in AutoBiz is easy, and is similar to the set up for Microsoft Outlook. In the Email tab of your System Settings window (in Setup Entry), you enter the information from your email service provider. Then you can create Email Templates.
